Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring requirements.
• Source and hire experienced US Non-IT Recruiters, Senior Recruiters, Team Leads, BDMs, and Recruitment Managers.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, and other job boards to identify qualified candidates.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify relevant and experienced talent.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates based on their US staffing experience, skills, and communication abilities.
• Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate salary expectations, notice periods, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews with department managers and follow up until candidate joining.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Work closely with department heads to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve assigned hiring targets.
• Identify passive candidates through professional networking and direct outreach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (Mandatory).
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, and other recruitment platforms.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and talent mapping.
• Ability to identify and evaluate experienced professionals in the US staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, salary negotiation, and offer management.
• Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience hiring US Non-IT Recruiters, BDMs, Team Leads, or Staffing Managers is highly preferred.
