The candidate will handle W2 hiring, understand US work authorization types, and collaborate in a fast-paced recruitment environment to meet hiring goals and compliance standards.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, portals, referrals and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist IT candidates based on skills and experience.
• Understand US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, GC, US Citizens).
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for the US Bench team.
• Work in a fast-paced recruitment environment and deliver quality profiles on time.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support US Bench hiring (W2-based hiring initiatives). The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing experience in US IT recruitment and candidate pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong experience in W2 hiring and H1B transfer recruitment
• Build and maintain candidate pipeline for US Bench team
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels
• Screen and shortlist IT candidates based on skills and experience
• Understand US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, GC, US Citizens)
• Work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
• Ensure timely delivery of quality profiles
