• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• Negotiate compensation packages and manage the offer process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the journey.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and hiring reports.
• Meet hiring targets while ensuring quality and process compliance.
