Extern Data Solutions (opc) is seeking a recruitment professional to operate as an extension of the client’s internal team, managing end-to-end U.S. recruitment cycles from sourcing to onboarding.

The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of the U.S. recruitment landscape, excellent English communication, and a proven track record in candidate engagement within the U.S. market, with willingness to work 100% on-site from our Mumbai office during U.S. night shifts.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years hands-on experience in U.S. Recruitment / RPO.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of U.S. tax terms (W-2, 1099, C2C) and work authorizations.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-lifecycle U.S. talent acquisition for direct client requisitions.
• Build candidate pipelines using Indeed and other major U.S. job boards.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, work authorization, skills, salary expectations, and fit.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interview prep to align with client specs and culture.
• Coordinate with U.S. Account Managers and Delivery Leads on submissions and interviews.
• Assist with offer negotiations and onboarding documentation.
• Produce reports using MS Excel and Word.

In this role, you will operate as an integral extension of the clients internal recruitment team, managing end-to-end U.S. recruitment cycles from active sourcing and resume screening to candidate interviews and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-lifecycle U.S. talent acquisition for direct client requisitions.
• Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Leverage major U.S. job boards (Indeed) to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Screening & Assessment: Evaluate candidate qualifications, work authorization, technical/functional skills, salary expectations, and job fit.
• Candidate Engagement & Interviews: Conduct thorough initial phone screenings and interview prep to ensure candidates match client specifications and company culture.
• Client & Account Coordination: Work closely with U.S. Account Managers and Delivery Leads to align on candidate submissions, interview schedules, and placement feedback.
• Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Handle preliminary pay rate/salary negotiations, candidate submission formatting, and post-offer compliance documentation.
• Reporting: Proficiency on MS Excel and Word

Qualifications & Technical Requirements

Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience in U.S. Recruitment / RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing).

• Location & Work Setup: Must be willing to work 100% on-site from our Mumbai office.
• Work Hours: Must be willing to work in standard U.S. Night Shifts .
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to confidently interview and engage with U.S. candidates.
• U.S. Hiring Knowledge: Strong understanding of U.S. tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), visas/work authorization statuses (USC, GC, H1B, L2, OPT/CPT), and U.S. geography/time zones.
• Tool Proficiency: Experience working with sourcing databases like Indeed and Microsoft tools (Excel and Word).
