Job summary

LatentView is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding across multiple clients.

You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and other portals, coordinate with hiring managers, negotiate offers, and mentor a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing experience.
• Experience in client handling, stakeholder management, and team handling.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS/HRMS tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet hiring targets.
