Job summary

Vartis Platforms is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition lead to drive end-to-end recruitment across Business, Product, Marketing, Growth, and Operations in Mumbai. You will partner with hiring managers, define workforce plans, and optimize sourcing channels to build a high-quality candidate slate.

You will screen and shortlist candidates for cultural fit, coordinate interviews, lead offers and closures, and track key metrics to improve hiring efficiency.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Business, Product, Marketing, Growth, Strategy, Operations, and Corporate functions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and role requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, employee referrals, networking, and other talent channels.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical, functional, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, stakeholder communication, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Lead offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate closures.
• Maintain recruitment data, dashboards, and hiring metrics such as turnaround time (TAT), conversion ratios, pipeline health, and hiring performance.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and improve candidate engagement strategies.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual recruitment processes using AI tools, ATS capabilities, and workflow automation.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes to improve hiring efficiency, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

• 35 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in a product-based organization.
• Proven experience hiring for Product, Business, Marketing, Growth, Strategy, Operations, and Corporate roles.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, social platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking and improving recruitment metrics.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn recruitment automation, AI tools, and process optimization.
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and solution-oriented approach to recruitment.
