Job summary

Dinesh Engineers in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure while delivering a great candidate experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers to fill open roles quickly with quality candidates.

You will source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, maintain pipelines in the ATS, and track hiring metrics to continuously improve time-to-fill and candidate quality.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and job boards.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring timelines.
