Responsibilities

Develop recruitment strategies across job boards and social media.
Screen and interview candidates for various roles.
Manage communication with candidates throughout the process.
Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication with candidates.
Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes.
Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs.
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with focus on niche skill.
Prior hiring experience in Software Consulting companies.
