Job summary

Securitas is seeking a passionate Recruiter to join our Hyderabad-based team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, drive bulk hiring, build talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience across functions.

As a hands-on recruiter, you will source candidates through job portals and social networks, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate the hiring process, and support onboarding while maintaining up-to-date recruitment trackers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience in bulk hiring/volume hiring.
• MBA/BBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and social media hiring.
• Good understanding of interview and candidate assessment techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Responsibilities
