Bonito Designs is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding. You will screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, coordinate technical rounds, and build a strong candidate pipeline to support hiring goals.

The role emphasizes rapid coordination, strong communication, and the use of ATS and LinkedIn for sourcing across diverse positions. You will collaborate with managers to fulfill staffing needs efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, BA, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 1–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
• Understand hiring requirements from department managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
• Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
• Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external vendors if required.
• Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
