We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive with 1 year of recruitment experience to support our hiring activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to help attract and hire qualified talent across various functions.

Qualification and Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully closing roles across various levels.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media channels.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and analytics.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
