Job summary

TRC Corporate Consulting in Gurgaon is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive External Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate engagement, and client coordination.

You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, and referrals, screen, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and track hiring metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Executive / Senior Executive External Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate engagement, and stakeholder/client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
• Understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and negotiations.
• Coordinate with clients/stakeholders and manage recruitment-related queries.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure delivery within defined TAT/SLA.
• Track recruitment metrics and share regular hiring updates.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Audit, Taxation, Finance, Accounting, or Professional Services hiring will be preferred.
• Exposure to hiring CA, Semi-Qualified CA, Internal Audit, Taxation, Risk Advisory, and Finance professionals will be an advantage.
• Experience in Recruitment Consulting / Staffing / RPO / HR Consulting is preferred.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
• 36 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience*.
• Strong communication, sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Target-oriented and capable of managing multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
