Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5-6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to non-technical hiring and consulting/financial services recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing the talent acquisition, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring successful closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Handle non-technical recruitment across various business functions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and organizational requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hires.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 5-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Strong experience in non-technical recruitment.
• Candidates with experience in Consulting, Accounting, Audit, Finance, or Taxation (Direct/Indirect Tax) recruitment will be preferred.
• Experience in consulting or professional services hiring will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good candidate evaluation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
