Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced recruiter in India to build and execute strategies that attract diverse, qualified candidates. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to offers, and you will craft strong pipelines for current and future roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
