Job description

Responsibilities

• Consult with department heads & managers to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s)
• Analyzing the company’s hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring. Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions
• Design an immaculate Job description that suits the requirement for each position
• Post jobs on company career site, job portals and social media sites. Use various channels to source candidates
• Host and participate in job fairs, including virtual opportunities to connect with potential candidates
• Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites. Providing organization information opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport
• Collects and analyzes data to maintain a current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries and ensures compliance with applicable company norms
• Manage the end to end recruitment including screening process, resume screening, interviewing, follow-ups with hiring managers after the interview on candidate feedback
• Research talent acquisition trends to improve the process
• Schedule post-offer employment verification and run background checks
• Conduct new hire orientation and employment onboarding
• Assist the department in carrying out various human resource programs and procedures for all employees.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum Graduation or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
• 3+ years proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
• Proficiency with social media, resume databases and professional networks
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
• Possess keen attention to detail & understanding on the differences between various roles within organization
• Must possess a team-oriented mindset with the willingness to pitch in when called upon, and take up additional duties as assigned
