Dhanuka Agritech Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Recruitment Lead in India to manage end-to-end hiring across functions.

You will coordinate with hiring managers, design selection criteria, source candidates, plan interviews, screen resumes in an ATS, and drive employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in recruitment, excellent communication, and a proven ability to build strong hiring processes and candidate pipelines.

Formación

• 5-7 years of recruitment experience.
• Sales hiring experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration with managers.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify manpower needs and plan position sourcing.
• Determine selection criteria.
• Source potential candidates through online channels.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
• Assess candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Design job descriptions and interview questions reflecting position requirements.
• Lead employer branding initiatives.
• Demonstrate good communication throughout the process.
• Acquire 5-7 years of recruitment experience; sales hiring experience is an added advantage.

• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews and rolling out the offer
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
• Lead employer branding initiatives
