IRISH EXPERT LLP is seeking a Talent Acquisition executive to join our Human Resources department and oversee full-cycle recruiting. You will source candidates, plan interview procedures, and host career events to build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

You will coordinate with hiring managers, design job descriptions, and foster relationships with potential hires to sustain a robust talent ecosystem.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar role.
• Experience using ATS and social networks for sourcing.
• Strong communication and ability to plan interviews.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long‑term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

• Hands‑on experience with full‑cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
