Nibav Home Lifts in Chennai is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to own end-to-end recruitment for sales and related functions. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews and onboard new hires to support rapid-growth initiatives.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience across manufacturing, real estate, retail, infrastructure or product-based sectors preferred.
• Hands-on with Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities.

• Maintain an active pipeline with regular follow-ups.
• Lead offer discussions and salary negotiations.
• Track recruitment metrics and MIS reports.

We are looking for an energetic, proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, primarily for our Sales and related business functions.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and close positions within defined timelines in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer management and onboarding.
• Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications and hiring priorities.
• Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates on relevant experience, communication skills, suitability and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback and ensure timely closure of selection processes.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups with shortlisted candidates.
• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations and candidate engagement to ensure successful offer-to-joining conversion.
• Track recruitment performance through regular MIS, hiring reports and recruitment metrics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute towards employer branding and talent pipeline development.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience in manufacturing, real estate, retail, infrastructure or product-based organizations will be preferred.
• Prior experience in bulk hiring and sales recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Hands‑on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work with tight hiring timelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
