Job summary

SB Consultants in Chandigarh is seeking an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to build teams for big brands across India. The role covers full-cycle recruitment, client coordination, and candidate pipeline management.

You will source candidates, screen CVs, schedule interviews, and guide offers and joining processes, with strong English communication and MS Office basics.

Qualifications

• PG with 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Functional hiring at Mid and Senior levels for Big Brands PAN India
• Manage the entire recruitment process end to end for the clients
• Co-ordinate with client HR for new positions, CV screening, interviews and feedback
• Understand the Job Description
• Head Hunt the right candidates from the database /portals
• Discuss the job role and align them for the role
• Line-up the candidate for interview and coordinate for scheduling
• Ensure candidate turn-ups for interviews
• Co-ordinate the paper work for offer discussion with the shortlist candidate
• Manage and ensure the smooth joining of the selected candidate
