MBS Global is hiring IT recruiters in Ahmedabad, from freshers to 3 years’ experience, to own IT hiring from brief to onboarding. The role grows with experience, and stakeholders include client hiring managers and internal teams.

You will source, screen, and coordinate across interview stages, tracking progress in ATS and maintaining strong candidate pipelines. A fast-paced, target-driven environment awaits with incentives and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full IT recruitment cycle from requirement gathering to onboarding
• Source candidates on Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals using Boolean searches
• Screen resumes and conduct HR and preliminary interviews
• Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams and client hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers and ATS records accurately
• Follow up consistently with candidates and stakeholders at each stage
• Support junior recruiters and help escalate hiring needs as required

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will own IT hiring from the first client brief to the candidate's first day. Freshers start with sourcing and coordination and grow into full ownership of client requirements, offers and targets. The scope of the role grows with your experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

All levels:

• Manage the full IT recruitment cycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer and onboarding
• Source candidates on Naukri (Resdex), LinkedIn and other job portals using Boolean and X-ray search
• Screen resumes and run HR and preliminary interview rounds
• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with internal teams and client hiring managers
• Keep candidate pipelines, trackers and ATS records accurate and up to date
• Follow up consistently with candidates and stakeholders at every stage

Junior level (01 year):

• Learn and apply sourcing techniques across job portals and social platforms
• Schedule interviews and collect candidate documents
• Support offer rollout and onboarding formalities under guidance
• Build working knowledge of IT technologies and role requirements

Senior level (2-3+ years):

• Translate complex technical requirements from clients and hiring managers into a sourcing plan
• Manage client coordination and stakeholder communication independently
• Assess candidates for technical fit and culture fit
• Negotiate salaries and close offers with minimal supervision
• Own hiring targets, recruitment metrics and delivery timelines
• Mentor junior recruiters and shape the team's sourcing strategy

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must have:

• 0-3 years in IT recruitment (freshers with strong aptitude and interest are welcome)
• Basic understanding of IT skills such as Java, .NET, Python, Testing and Cloud
• Hands-on use of Naukri and LinkedIn for sourcing
• Clear spoken and written English, and confident phone communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good organisation and time management

Good to have:

• Experience with IT staffing, contract or staff augmentation hiring
• Exposure to client-facing coordination
• Salary negotiation experience (expected to grow with seniority)
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA (HR) is a plus
