Qualifications

• MBA (HR) or graduate with interest in recruitment.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri).
• Basic knowledge of ATS is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
