Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3- 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a software/technology company. The candidate should have strong technical recruitment expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage recruitment activities across Kochi, Kolkata, and Delhi.

The ideal candidate should be able to source and hire IT professionals across India, not be limited to a specific city or region, and effectively coordinate and manage recruitment teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical positions, from sourcing and screening through offer management and onboarding.
• Source qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
• Handle recruitment for a diverse range of software and IT roles across India, based on business and project requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong and active talent pipeline across different locations and technology skill sets.
• Understand job requirements in collaboration with hiring managers and technical teams and develop effective sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial assessments to evaluate technical fit, experience, communication, availability, and overall suitability.
• Coordinate technical, managerial, and HR interview rounds, ensuring timely communication and smooth interview scheduling.
• Manage multiple IT vacancies simultaneously and drive positions toward timely closure while maintaining quality of hire.
• Handle candidate communication, follow-ups, offer coordination, and pre-joining engagement to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, hiring dashboards, and periodic recruitment reports.
• Stay updated on IT hiring trends, talent availability, compensation trends, market conditions, and effective sourcing practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3- 4 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment, preferably within a software or technology company.
• Proven experience in recruiting software and IT professionals across India.
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and other online sourcing platforms.
• Good understanding of technical roles, IT skill sets, technologies, and software development functions.
• Experience in pan-India sourcing and the ability to identify candidates across different locations.
• Strong candidate screening, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing hiring priorities while meeting recruitment timelines.
• Good coordination skills with candidates, technical interviewers, hiring managers, and HR teams.
• Strong ownership, organisation, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
