Job summary

Khatib & Alami is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end technical recruitment across Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, BIM, MEP, and infrastructure domains from Bengaluru. You will partner with project teams and hiring managers to understand manpower needs and build a strong candidate pipeline.

Based in Bengaluru with on-site responsibilities, you will manage sourcing through LinkedIn, portals, agencies, and networks, coordinate interviews, and drive timely

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of recruitment experience in engineering/ construction industries.
• End-to-end recruitment experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Experience with GCC/Middle East recruitment and technical hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and project teams to understand manpower and technical requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, portals, agencies, referrals, and networks.
• Recruit across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, BIM, MEP, Infrastructure, Water & Environment, and Power & Renewable disciplines.
• Coordinate technical, online, F2F, and tool-based interviews and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Manage recruitment agencies, candidate pipelines, offers, joining follow-ups, and recruitment MIS.
• Support GCC/Middle East recruitment and build a strong technical talent pool.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with strong exposure to the Engineering & Construction / Engineering Consultancy industry. The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment of technical and engineering professionals across multiple disciplines and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and project teams to understand manpower and technical requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, agencies, referrals, and professional networks.
• Recruit across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, BIM, MEP, Infrastructure, Water & Environment, and Power & Renewable disciplines.
• Coordinate technical, online, F2F, and tool-based interviews and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Manage recruitment agencies, candidate pipelines, offers, joining follow-ups, and recruitment MIS.

Preferred Industry Exposure

Experience in Engineering Consultancy, EPC, Construction & Infrastructure, MEP, BIM/Digital Engineering, Architecture & Design, Power & Renewable, or Water & Environmental Engineering will be preferred.
