Job summary

Zensar is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter in Bangalore to manage end-to-end recruitment across business and technology roles. The role emphasizes sourcing via LinkedIn, screening candidates, and closing positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a on-site role with weekly office presence in Bangalore.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer rollout.
• Sourcing, screening and closing roles with strong candidate experience.
• Proficient in LinkedIn sourcing and job portals.
• Adherence to recruitment processes, compliance and SLAs; comfortable with subcontractor payroll.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer rollout
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and delivery timelines
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Screen and assess candidates for fitment (technical & cultural)
• Coordinate interviews and drive closure within defined TAT
• Negotiate offers and manage stakeholder communication
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and pipeline data
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, compliance, and SLAs
• Must be comfortable to work on Subcontractor/Third party payroll
