Job summary

You will source candidates across portals, social networks and referrals, screen resumes, and coordinate with hiring managers to move candidates efficiently through the interview process. • Expertise in sourcing via major platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow).

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
