Job summary

InfoBeans in Bengaluru invites an experienced IT recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring for domestic tech roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and build a strong candidate slate.

You will source through LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub and other portals, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate offers and onboarding, and maintain a talent pipeline with regular management updates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical IT recruitment (domestic).
• Knowledge of software development roles including Oracle Business Suite (Technical & Functional) and Java/.NET/Full Stack/DevOps.
• Expertise in sourcing via major platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
