Job summary

Mantras2Success Consultants is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1 year of experience to join our HR team in Ahmedabad. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source top talent, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements, screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and coordinate interviews, while maintaining candidate databases and dashboards. Campus hiring support may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 1 year of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and employment laws (preferred)
