Job summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1 year of experience to join our HR team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Responsibilities include managing the full cycle from sourcing to onboarding, collaborating with hiring managers, using job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, and maintaining dashboards. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and employment laws (preferred).
