Job summary

LTM based in Chennai invites a Senior Talent Acquisition professional with 3 to 5 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment and support talent acquisition strategies across locations.

You will source candidates, screen, interview, coordinate with HR and onboarding, and ensure compliance with local employment laws while driving employer branding and recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• End-to-end recruitment experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through diverse channels including direct sourcing, referrals, agency partners, and online platforms.
• Screen and shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Facilitate background checks, reference verifications, and medical tests as part of the hiring process.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track and report recruitment KPIs such as recruiter productivity and cost per hire.
• Coordinate with Onboarding, IT, COE, and HR BP teams to support continuous process improvements.
• Complete mandatory trainings on time and ensure adherence to recruitment policies and procedures.

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define role specifications.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals, social networks, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and HRIS systems to ensure accurate candidate pipeline management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and local employment laws throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance candidate experience.
• Generate and analyze recruitment reports and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Partner with onboarding teams, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth candidate transitions.
