Job summary

Unity Small Finance Bank in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment, with a primary focus on sales hiring within the BFSI sector. You will source candidates, manage the recruitment lifecycle, and collaborate with business leaders to deliver effective hiring solutions.

You will negotiate offers, ensure smooth onboarding, track hiring metrics, and provide market intelligence to improve recruiting effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, primarily focusing on sales hiring.
• Strategic Sourcing: Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, and market mapping.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and deliver effective hiring solutions.
• Salary Negotiation: Manage salary discussions, offer negotiations, and candidate expectations to ensure successful closures.
• Onboarding: Ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on talent availability, competitor hiring trends, and market insights to improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Hiring Metrics: Track recruitment performance, manage turnaround time, and ensure quality and timely closures.
