Job summary

Reliance Industries (RIL) is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. You will design sourcing strategies and work with hiring managers to attract top talent. You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.

You will manage offers, negotiate compensation within policy, and support onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate experience. The ideal candidate has 3-9 years in recruitment and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3-9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment).
• Proven track record of success in end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Strong understanding of stakeholder management principles and ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate salary packages that meet company goals.

• Manage multiple stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding process.
• Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals etc.
• Negotiate offers with selected candidates to secure the best possible fit for both parties.
