Job summary

You will mentor a team of recruiters, develop sourcing strategies, track metrics, and implement data-driven hiring initiatives to support rapid business growth.

Experience in high-volume hiring, strong communication, analytical mindset, and stakeholder management are essential.

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to onboarding.
• Bulk Hiring: Drive high-volume hiring across Sales, business and support functions.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with business heads and HR teams to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Sourcing Strategy: Develop strategies via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and other channels.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of recruiters to meet targets.
• Hiring Metrics & TAT: Track time-to-hire, cost per hire, offer-to-join, conversion rates, and overall performance.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor talent availability, salary benchmarks, and industry talent pools.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure smooth interview coordination, timely feedback, and engagement.
• Process Improvement: Streamline processes and maintain dashboards with data-driven hiring.

• Sourcing Strategy: Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and improve productivity.
• Hiring Metrics & TAT: Track recruitment turnaround time, cost per hire, offer-to-joining ratio, conversion rates, and overall hiring performance.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor talent availability, competitor hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and industry-specific talent pools.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure smooth interview coordination, timely feedback, effective offer management, and consistent candidate engagement.
• Process Improvement: Streamline recruitment processes, maintain recruitment dashboards, and implement data-driven hiring strategies.
• Business-Aligned Hiring: Support rapid business expansion by ensuring the availability of quality talent across sales, operations, technology, and corporate functions, as applicable.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate with 600--1000 Hiring per month for sales role, especially the Field sales executives/Frontline sales team.
• Excellent communication, analytical, planning, and team-management skills.
