Qualifications

• 4-6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Life Insurance, BFSI, or Financial Services.
• Strong expertise in direct sourcing, headhunting, and talent mapping.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
