Job summary

TP in India is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment strategies and attract top talent for diverse roles.

You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates across job boards and social media, conduct interviews, and manage end-to-end recruitment while tracking metrics to drive improvements.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment in Uttar Pradesh.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
