Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, stakeholder relationships, and a team of recruiters. The role will focus on volume hiring, leadership hiring, recruitment strategy, and ensuring hiring targets are achieved within agreed TAT and quality parameters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO/operations and support functions across multiple locations.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and drive individual and team-level recruitment targets.
- Partner with business stakeholders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Drive volume hiring and lateral hiring while maintaining quality of hire.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as:
- Hiring/Joining targets
- Offer-to-Join ratio
- Time-to-Hire / TAT
- Source mix
- Cost per hire
- Selection ratio
- Attrition / early dropouts
- Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders and provide recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.
- Handle candidate screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer management, and onboarding.
- Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Identify hiring challenges and implement corrective actions to improve recruitment productivity.
- Manage recruitment drives, walk-ins, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Work closely with HR, Operations, and business teams to ensure timely closure of critical positions.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, policies, and documentation requirements.
- Analyze recruitment data and provide actionable insights to improve hiring efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Experience in BPO/ITES, volume hiring, or non-IT recruitment preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team-handling/leadership experience preferred.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and business partnering.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment dashboards/MIS.
