Job summary

Aria Holding India is seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO, outsourcing, and business services across multiple markets. You will lead a team of recruiters, build strong talent pipelines, and work with stakeholders to ensure timely and quality hiring.

The role focuses on scalable sourcing, hiring strategy, and reporting, with emphasis on compliance and recruiter performance metrics to deliver value to the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO, outsourcing, staffing, or business services.
• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience supervising a recruitment team.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries or international markets preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms, sourcing tools, and ATS.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned BPO and business services roles, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Lead and guide recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs.
• Monitor recruitment performance including time-to-fill, candidate quality, offer acceptance, and delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment partners.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and local labour requirements.
• Prepare accurate and timely recruitment reports and updates.

Requirements
