Job summary

TP is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead recruitment strategies and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in our Delhi operations. You will guide HR initiatives, support employee engagement, and drive retention through data-informed decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze metrics to inform business decisions, and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role within the BPO/Call Centre industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
