Job summary

TP is seeking a senior recruitment leader to design and drive effective talent acquisition strategies, mentor a team of recruiters, and align hiring with business goals.

You will build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, develop job descriptions with hiring managers, and analyze metrics to optimize the hiring funnel. Experience in BPO/Call Centre is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in talent acquisition.
