TP is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional in Mohali, India to lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting roles to onboarding new hires. The role emphasizes strategic recruiting, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision making.

You will interview and assess candidates, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives in a fast-paced BPO environment.
