Job summary

TP in Delhi is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft targeted outreach to attract top candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with recruitment software and tools is an asset.
