Role Overview

Rialtes is seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution. This role will be responsible for managing the hiring lifecycle, leading and mentoring the TA team, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring hiring goals aremet effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals.
• Allocate requisitions, monitor team performance, and ensure hiring targets are met.
• Provide regular feedback, training, and guidance to the team
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels effectively.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Evaluation & Hiring

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer,management.
• Ensure high-quality candidate assessment aligned with business needs.
• Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership teams.
• Provide insights and market intelligence to support hiring decisions.

Process Improvement & Reporting

• Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
• Monitor key recruitment metrics (TAT, quality of hire, offer acceptance, etc.).
