Neptune Consultants is seeking a proactive TA Executive to lead end-to-end IT and Non-IT hiring. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, coordinating with hiring managers to meet diverse business needs.

Experience in an RPO environment is an advantage; strong communication and ATS proficiency will help you manage a fast-paced recruitment cycle and deliver quality hires, while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT and Non-IT hiring.
• Experience in an RPO environment is a plus.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across domains.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job needs, expectations, and timelines.
• Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and ATS.
• Share regular hiring status updates and recruitment reports with stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best recruitment practices.
