Job summary

Anlage Infotech in Bengaluru, India is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end recruitment for multiple business verticals.

You will build relationships with client stakeholders, develop sourcing strategies for technical roles, ensure governance and compliance, and own recruitment metrics and P&L responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition delivery for business verticals.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and internal leadership teams.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and critical talent requirements.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for technical positions across multiple functions and experience levels.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, governance standards, and client-specific requirements.
• Leverage ATS, recruitment technologies, Boolean search techniques, and AI-enabled sourcing tools to improve recruiter productivity and hiring outcomes.
• Support business growth through effective resource planning, operational efficiency, and financial accountability, including ownership of recruitment delivery metrics and P&L performance.
• Drive employee engagement, capability building, and succession planning within the recruitment team.
