Job summary

Sami Sabinsa Group in Bengaluru is seeking a skilled recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, from requisitions to onboarding. You will craft strategies, source through diverse channels, screen for fit, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and heads across functions.

You will conduct initial HR discussions, assess competencies and compensation expectations, and drive offers with negotiations. Maintain pipelines, analytics, and compliance while supporting branding and campus hiring

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
• Understand business and functional requirements and develop appropriate recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, social media, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, competencies, experience, and organizational fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and functional heads.
• Conduct initial HR discussions and assess candidates on relevant competencies, communication, experience, and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate technical and functional assessments and obtain timely interview feedback from stakeholders.
• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, reference checks, and pre-employment documentation.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions in accordance with agreed recruitment timelines and manpower plans.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical, specialized, and recurring positions.
• Coordinate with external recruitment consultants and monitor their performance and recruitment effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio, and position closure timelines.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and applicable statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with HR Operations and relevant departments to ensure smooth joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
• Support employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment, job fairs, and other talent acquisition programs.
• Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence to identify potential candidates and understand talent availability.
• Support manpower planning, organizational restructuring, and other HR initiatives as required.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, recruitment partners, and other stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress, critical vacancies, hiring challenges, and closure plans.
