Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, source and screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers in Mumbai. The role involves handling salary negotiations, onboarding, and maintaining recruitment MIS for a smooth process.

You will build talent pipelines, ensure an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience, and support multiple hiring requirements with strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of Talent Acquisition experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data handling.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for multiple openings.
• Excellent sourcing and screening abilities for diverse roles.
