Job summary

Nibav Lifts is seeking a seasoned Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end Non-IT and bulk hiring across the organisation from Chennai. You will partner with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies on portals like LinkedIn and referrals, and build strong talent pipelines while mentoring the recruiting team.

You will own screening, interviews, offers, and negotiations, track key metrics, and deliver hiring dashboards for leadership, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and compliant

Qualifications

• Non-IT bulk hiring experience.
• Team leadership and people management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management across business functions.
• Boolean sourcing techniques.
• Advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Working knowledge of ATS/HRMS platforms.
• Recruitment analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across the organisation.
• Drive bulk hiring while ensuring quality standards and SLA adherence.
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and staffing forecasts.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines; manage and mentor recruiter performance.
• Conduct screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management.
• Track recruitment metrics including Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Offer Acceptance Ratio, Joining Ratio, Offer Drop %, Source Effectiveness, and Cost per Hire.
• Prepare hiring dashboards and reports for leadership; ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Coordinate closely with HR Operations on onboarding and compliance.
