Ganpat University seeks a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic hiring at the university level. The role requires sourcing expertise, interview management, stakeholder coordination, and efficient recruitment operations.

You will handle faculty and staff hiring, coordinate with department heads, and build strong pipelines for future needs while supporting employer branding activities and a smooth candidate experience.

Formación

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• 2–7 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in university, education, or corporate hiring preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn hiring.
• Good stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
• Work on bulk and strategic hiring requirements.
