Job summary

Tpc HR Advisory Services is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional for an education group with multiple brands across K-12 schools and PU/Junior colleges in Bengaluru. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment across academic and non-academic functions, ensuring timely, quality hires and strong stakeholder engagement.

You will build talent pipelines, manage sourcing, screening, offers and onboarding, while driving recruitment MIS and process improvements to enhance the candidate

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition/recruitment in university roles.
• Exposure to education or people-intensive hiring is preferred.
• Agency and/or corporate client-side hiring experience acceptable.

The role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across academic and non-academic functions, stakeholder management, and driving quality hiring within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for business and corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand hiring requirements.
• Drive sourcing, screening, coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Handle multiple positions and ensure closure within timelines.
