Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years in recruitment, with strong comms and coordination skills, and hands-on experience using Naukri and LinkedIn for talent sourcing. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification.
• 5 - 10 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in university, education, or corporate hiring preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn hiring.
• Good stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Responsibilities
