Job summary

Interview Kickstart in Bengaluru is seeking a Recruitment Associate to connect with people, screen resumes, and coordinate interview processes with a focus on creating a positive candidate experience.

You will source top talent, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and keep recruitment trackers up to date, supporting the Talent Acquisition team with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
